Dr. To is a lifelong athlete. Cross country, wrestling, surfing, weightlifting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu built the foundation for his sports chiropractic practice. Working with Dr. Toshi at Crockett Family Chiropractic, Dr. To works on athletes of all ages and sizes. The residential massage therapists, he also has extensive knowledge of biomechanics and kinesiology from his years studying Physical Therapy and Personal Training.
